Good work presenting your own arguments and then presenting and debunking the counters. This is a good use of utilitarian philosophy in a real world situation.

This is a solid write-up. I have a similar position to you in the way that I think this is a good idea on the Dalai Lama’s part but I understand that this would be difficult to implement.
